Description: We are all aware of the role the subconscious mind plays in our lives. It is the subconscious that decides our attitudes, habits and traits, and it often overrides our conscious mind. It is also observed that logic and understanding do not work on the subconscious. A few simple insights into this aspect of the self can make our lives richer.

Description: Is a perfect life possible? If so, how do you see it? Maybe how much we know ourselves and how much we create quality thoughts can affect our lives. Maybe we can change how we see things and see that they are perfect as they are? If you do what you do with love and joy, it will change the outcome. Then we may not need to change anything, we can see that everything that is happening in our lives is perfect.

Description: By creating expectations in relationships, we make others into masters of our lives. The more expectations we create, the more we become slaves and due to this our quality of life becomes lower and lower. When we act without  expectations, we remain free and ready for the unexpected. By changing our attitude to see every moment as a gift, we can experience appreciation and gratitude for everything that happens in our lives.

DescriptionCan I get out of the feeling of burden and heavy responsibility? Is it possible to maintain a light attitude and be carefree?  The spiritual message is that we can change our attitude and be completely free from worry, maybe only for a minute, but why not, a minute is a minute and a minute followed by another minute is two minutes.

Description: With spiritual sight we experience the physical world to be like a drama. We see that there is a waking reality, which is completely separate from the drama. This waking world is a world of people of light who do not have thoughts of the story and for whom the story is irrelevant. In this waking world there is a Father, the Supreme Being, One who is always awake. The Supreme Being knows the eternal truth of everyone, He knows that all the people of light belong to the same family and He knows He is bound to all in a bond of love, forever.

Description: In ‘The End of Time’, the physicist Julian Barbour describes a univimage8erse, where instants of time exist, without having to suppose that they belong to something that is flowing. Based on the long-term memory stored within the brain and geological records one can get information about a past event, but it cannot be used as proof that the event existed. This talk builds upon spiritual knowledge to suggest that the world exists as a film and we are watching each moment as a slide. Who are the observers? Does this film start in a “Golden Age”?

Description: In the game of life, the more balanced we are, the more we see everything with the attitude of lightness. We play to win, we know how to fail, we start again, but we do not create attachments to the ball. In spiritual life, there is another game with Maya, our lower nature. Maya is a good player, she creates constant challenges. For example, you know what has to be done, and yet you are still not doing it, or there is carelessness in how you do it. This is called Maya. We play to win against Maya. The proof of victory is that our higher tendencies are strengthened and we experience victory over lower habits.

Description: When we souls come into this world we acquire a body and this body is given a name. Our attention is towards the name, the body and the “story” that starts to unfold around these things and very soon this becomes “My Story”. As we go through life, we identify with the “story”. If the “story” goes ok, we are happy, if the “story” does not go well, we become unhappy. All of this is being projected onto the timeless, changeless, eternal being which is the soul. In meditation we step away from the “story” and find our way back to our true selves, as souls.

Description: In today’s world there is so much peacelessness. The mind will not be peaceful unless the intellect is peaceful. When we understand something clearly, we stop questioning it. We need to remind ourselves, ‘Who am I?’ and ‘Where do I come from?’ We need to become introverted. Coming from soul consciousness, we create real peace. In soul consciousness not only is the soul peaceful, but also the senses. Through understanding, we can connect with our original qualities of peace, purity and wisdom, and so create harmony between mind, intellect and sanskaras.

Description: Golden Age means zero ego. The starting position is everyone is a soul, they may not use the language of soul and God, but these are people of perfection and bliss, immensely lovely, beyond harm and harmless, God-like and liked by all, loved by all, forever. The highest words from the dictionary need to be used to describe them.

Description: Our ‘position’ in any context makes a difference. Lets see a situation where you are made fun of; it may create an energy of offence, sorrow, or sadness. In the same situation, if your ‘positioning’ is different, then it is not an offence. On the contrary, it creates an energy of humour, fun and happiness.

Description: The message of the spiritual model is that we are far higher than we think we are. The word angel appears very far from the way we are thinking. From the position of the human being to be an angel is extraordinary. From the angel perspective it is normal.

Description: What is real happiness? Do we need discernment to be happy? Does reall happiness come with responsability? See the happiness of a guest who does not own anything, remains an observer and does not get trapped into ‘mine’. There is no burden of responsability when happiness overflows naturally from an inner space where you enjoy your own company.
